OFFICE & LOBBY HOURS HAVE PERMANENTLY CHANGED TO: 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. 7 DAYS A WEEK

The Maravilla Owners Association, Inc.’s office is OPEN to all members, their guests, and vendors.  Parking Permits are $10 + 8.25% sales tax per vehicle per day (NO CASH), Debit/Credit or Check ONLY.

NOTE:  Effective June 01, 2021, parking will be $10.00, Plus Tax (8.25%) per vehicle per day. Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per calendar month. At the expiration of each calendar month, the per vehicle, per day count will start over.

Trailers (Motorcycles) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to Special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. At no other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

For our members’ convenience we are now accepting CREDIT CARDS for monthly assessments. A convenience fee of 4% is charged by the Credit Card processing center and goes directly to them at the time your card is run. If you want your MONTLY ASSESSMENT run automatically on your CC each month, please call Cristen/Louise and they will send you the form that must be filled out.

Please be sure to remind your Guests that they must keep all their pets on a Leash at all times and to walk them in the Designated PET AREAS ONLY and to please pick up after them. Doggie Pooh Bags are supplied in the Pet Area for their convenience. Please keep in mind that there is a weight limit for dogs and aggressive dogs are prohibited.

Maravilla Pools and Hot-tub OPEN. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

MARAVILLA  – DOG PARK

Our newest amenity to our Maravilla Resort Condominium Complex is a Dog Park where our owners and guests can take their fur-babies and let them off their leashes to run, play, splash in the doggie pool, rinse off in the doggie shower, run the obstacle course and just have fun as their Dog Parents relax.  We have balls, frisbees, and other fun toys for your fur-babies to enjoy while in the park. We ask that all pet owners be responsible and pick up after their pets. Pet Stations are located on the far west corner of the Dog Park.  When leaving the park you can sanitize your hands, close the gate to the park and smile knowing that your fur-babies have also had an enjoyable fun beach vacation.

Reconstruction on Bldg. A in progress.

RESORT POOL,BEACH ENTRY POOL, HOT TUB AND EAST POOL WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS ENJOYMENT…..NO DOGS/PETS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA with the exception of a provable Registered Service dog.  Must have paperwork.

  4. Managers and/or Brokers current RE License

REMINDER:  Please advise your Manager that all CLEANING PERSONNEL must sign in each  time they are on the Maravilla Property.

Please be sure to get this information to us no later than June 01, 2022, so that we can keep up-to-date records for the busy upcoming summer.
