About Us

The Maravilla Condominium is a 164-unit, 4.793-acre complex that sits atop the Galveston Seawall. Each condominium is privately owned. Custom décor and fun condo “nicknames” are as unique as each owner. One, Two and Three-bedroom units with square footage ranging from 521 square ft. to 1300 square ft. with a total condominium square footage of 112,961. The Association currently pays for some utilities, including free Wi-Fi and satellite tv.

Originally a resort property, Maravilla later transitioned and became a condominium. Maravilla Owners Association, Inc. was established as a Texas non-profit condominium association on March 3, 2003, by virtue of an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of The Galleon of Galveston Owners Association, Inc.

Maravilla is one of many condominium complexes on the Island. Most units at the property are available for short term “vacation rental”, as well as long term rental. Several condos are owner-occupied, as well. Maravilla Condos is one of the very few pet-friendly properties in Galveston. However, each individual owner determines the pet policy for their particular condo.

Maravilla Condos has three swimming pools (one that is heated during the winter months) and a hot tub. Covered cabanas by the main pool, a workout facility and covered parking with three elevators located throughout the property are additional conveniences. There are laundry facilities on each floor, for those owners that do not have washer/dryers in their unit. Most importantly, Maravilla offers a wonderful view of the Ocean from each unit.

Maravilla Condos is located close to Schlitterbahn Water Parking, Moody Gardens and Aquarium, Pleasure Pier, State Park and various wonderful beaches. Galveston Island has so many diverse restaurants for the entire family to enjoy.

The front office of Maravilla Owners Association, Inc. is open seven (7) days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for the convenience of the Association’s members and their guests.

Maravilla Owners Association, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors, elected to one year terms by our owners in good standing. The Board prides itself on its open communications with both owners and interested community members.
