NOTE:  Effective June 01, 2021, parking will be $10.00, Plus Tax (8.25%) per vehicle per day. Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per calendar month. At the expiration of each calendar month, the per vehicle, per day count will start over.

Trailers & Motorcycles will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to Special event weekends such as Biker Rally & Mardi Gras. At no other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.

Resort Internet 

The MOA board entered into a 5 year contract with Resort Internet to be the sole provider of both internet and cable TV services to all 164 units at the Maravilla. Resort Internet was chosen because not only did they offer the opportunity to upgrade our internet services to the most advanced technology available, but they were also able to package it with DishTV cable with 120 channels. We heard from many owners that they were not ready to give up cable and this was an affordable option. In 3 years we can re-evaluate our need for cable tv and either continue or stop it at that time. Good news...EVERY TV in your condo that has a cable box now will get a DishTV box and there will be NO additional charges to the owner!!

The internet will have speeds of 300 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload.
Individual upgrades are available at www.resortinternet.com/upgrade and include static SSID
and Passwords (one time $50 config fee), and Static IP addresses ($25 config, $10 monthly).
These upgrades are billed directly to owners via ResortNet web portal.

Please be sure to remind your Guests that they must keep all their pets on a leash at all times and to walk them in the Designated PET AREAS ONLY and to please pick up after them. Doggie Pooh Bags are supplied in the Pet Area for their convenience.
