Vendor check in is required . All vendors must have appropriate liability insurance to the level required by The Maravilla Owners Association, Inc. When working on plumbing, electrical or construction projects, vendors must show proof of certification within the field of work they will perform. This is to ensure that major building structural and internal systems are not compromised by inadequate technical training. Presence on campus property by uninsured vendors is not authorized or allowed without proper insurance or proof of certification on file with the Association office.
